Your personal data is processed in order to establish or maintain business relations between you and Janex Sp. z o.o., direct marketing of the offered products, as well as for the purpose of sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services, provided you have agreed to receive them.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 para. 1 letter a) or b) or f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95 / 46 / EC. The legitimate interest of Janex Sp. z o.o. is establishing or maintaining business relations with you as well as direct marketing of the offered products.

When and to whom can we transfer your data? If
you give your consent, we will share your personal data with the shipping company for the purpose of delivering the offered products, and with the manufacturers of the offered products for direct transport. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries located outside the European Economic Area. Personal data will not be used in the processes of automatic profiling.

Store policy regarding cookies
Each User's web browser may store text files, the so-called cookies. These files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of websites, in particular those that require authorization.
